I've neglected sharing my thoughts on my new Nolting and need to let you know that I am sooooooooo happy with Nick (the Nolting). As a casual quilter who abandons the machine for weeks at a time, I'm just amazed at how simple it is to clean, oil, warm it up, and stitch away! I now feel like I have the perfect set up (the Nolting with the Summit frame) and thoroughly enjoy the time with the machine. I haven't counted the quilts I've completed, but there have been more than a few (though there are still a bunch more!). I also think the Summit frame is a great companion.

Steve and Rosemary are the best,...EVER! Love my machine, love the service, love everything. I will be a life-long customer and have already recommended them to friends. I called about a tiny noise and Steve showed up on my doorstep (10 hours away)!!!! I cannot believe the service, it's something everyone must experience first hand.
